But you do see, for you note mischief and vexation, that you may take it into your hands; to you the helpless commits himself; you have been the helper of the fatherless. Psalms 10:14

Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but he who makes his ways crooked will be found out. Proverbs 10:9

Heavenly Father, I praise you for not only seeing me and caring for me, but I also praise you for seeing the helpless and the fatherless. I praise you for seeing the unseen. I praise you for taking their lives into your mighty hands. You will help them. You will rescue them. You will judge their abusers. Vengeance is yours. Every evil done against your children goes seen by you. I praise you for your watchful eye. I thank you for your loving care. I stand in the gap today for all of those who can’t help themselves. Lord, comfort them. Reveal yourself to them. Encourage their hearts. Rescue them from their pit. And when you do, may they know it was you and glorify your name!

Lord, help me to be a man of integrity. Help my life match up with my words. Help my words match up with my life. Help me not to take shortcuts. Help me, by your Spirit, to flee from all forms of sexual immorality. My integrity is my security. Help me to see that. My sin will find me out. The moves that I make that aren’t grounded in integrity will be exposed. Lord give me a deep conviction to do the right thing even when nobody is looking. I love you and I praise you for loving me, pouring out your grace in my life, and showering me with blessings even when I am not walking in integrity. I worship your name. I pray all of this in Jesus name, Amen.
