For he will complete what he appoints for me, and many such things are in his mind.

“He will complete…”

Not me, God.
Because God will complete it, I don’t have to be anxious about it being incomplete.

“what he appoints for me...”

Not what I appoint for myself, but what God does.
Because God has something appointed for me, I don’t have to strive to appoint things for myself.

“and many such things are in his mind.”

Not a few things, many.
Because God has the things He has appointed for me on His mind, I don’t need to constantly have them on my mind.
Because there are many on God’s mind, I don’t need to be frustrated by the few in my hand.
