Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. Psalm 1:1-2
Let the wise hear and increase in learning, and the one who understands obtain guidance… Proverbs 1:5

Heavenly Father, your Word says I will be blessed if I delight in your Word and meditate on it day and night. I believe this promise. I desire that this promise of blessing comes to pass in my life. Fill me with your Spirit to give me a desire like never before to commit and follow through with reading your Word day and night. One Psalm and one Proverb in the morning and, at least, one New Testament chapter in the evening. Help me to do this Lord for my good and your glory.

Your Word also says that the wise increase in learning and obtain guidance. My desire is that in 2021, I would become more wise by increasing in learning and obtaining guidance specifically through my monthly study of the Proverbs. Lord speak to me through your Proverbs in supernatural ways. Help me to navigate my life with Godly wisdom in a way I never have before. Give me wisdom to lead myself, my wife, and my church in ways that honor and glorify you.
