#860 - WEEKLY RUNNING REPORT #3

After a terrible training run a couple of days ago, I finished the week strong with my longest training run yet (10 miles) at my fastest pace (10:30/mile)!

Didn’t quite reach my goal of 4 runs 23 miles in under 11 minutes. This week’s goal (a taper down week): 3 runs 10 miles. Then…the half-marathon on Sunday!
