My name is Edward Paz.
In addition to being the husband to my wife Rebekah, a "parent" to my chocolate labradoodle Merritt, and the Lead Pastor at theMOVEMENT Church in Oakland, CA...I am a writer.
My journey of becoming a writer started in April of 2006 when I began sending out a monthly email to my family and friends creatively entitled, "Pazitive Words of Encouragement." My first piece was entitled, "A Grateful Heart."
One of my friends who was on my email list recommended that I start "blogging," (something I had never heard of until then), and because I am a "late adopter," I initially rejected the idea. But, because of my desire to have what I was writing available to more people, in 2007, I started my very first blog on Typepad at the web address www.pazitiveimpact.com!
Since then, though I have re-branded the platform for my writing many times, my purpose for writing has never changed: encourage people.
